I was born in 1939 during WWII.

When I was five years old, I escaped Romania with my family to make aliyah to Israel.

 I grew up in Kiryat Shmona and in a kibbutz, Kfar Menahem. Prior to becoming an artist, I worked at Israel Aircraft Industries as an economist. I use oil colours to paint Israel's beautiful countryside, little villages and agricultural settings, recalling the vistas of my childhood in both Romania and Israel.
